What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit chain that’s welded on—no clasp, no hassle, no taking it off. It’s designed to be worn every day and made to last.

How long does it last?

Your permanent jewelry is meant to last as long as you want it to. With proper care, it can last for years. If it ever needs to come off, you can simply cut the jump ring with scissors.

Can I travel with permanent jewelry?

Yes! TSA doesn’t require you to remove fine jewelry, so you can wear it through airport security without any issues.

What happens if it breaks?

We always re-weld for free — no matter what. Just bring your chain back and we’ll take care of it. 🤍

What materials do you use?

All of our permanent jewelry is made from14k solid gold,14k gold-filled, and sterling silver— high-quality metals designed to last and made for everyday wear.

Can kids get permanent jewelry?

Yes, little ones are welcome! A parent or guardian must be present, and they just need to be able to sit still during the fitting for everyone’s safety.

Do you have a store?

We don’t have a traditional storefront (yet 😉), but you can regularly find us at JBJ Studio for appointments and custom permanent jewelry fittings. We also love popping up at some of your favorite local spots — coffee shops, boutiques, salons, and community markets.

When will my order be received?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we process orders quickly, changes and cancellations aren’t always guaranteed — but if you contact us ASAP, we’ll do our best to help. Custom and permanent jewelry orders can’t be changed once production begins.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return and exchange policy? 

You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the packaging or items when shipping back. Luxe reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

How do I return my order?

You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Send us an email to contact@luxe.com and please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return. If your order was placed within rest of US/rest of world, you are eligible to both return and exchange, but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will then be paid by the client. Please send us an email for further address information.

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item or size by placing a new order or contact the customer care team, they are happy to assist you. It’s not possible to exchange an item by writing on the return form.

I returned my order – but I have not received my refund yet.

If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.
